平野 未来 / Miku Hirano
Serial entrepreneur. Completed graduate school at the University of Tokyo. She is engaged in research on recommender engines, complex networks, clustering, etc. In 2005 and 2006, it was adopted twice as an IPA unexplored software creation project. She founded Naked Technology while she was in school. She develops and operates middleware that can develop apps on iOS / Android / feature phones. Sold the company to mixi in 2011. She is St. Gallen Symposium Leaders of Tomorrow, Forbes JAPAN "Entrepreneur Ranking 2020" BEST 10, Woman of the Year 2019 She is an Innovative Entrepreneur Award, Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award 2019 New Generation Award, etc. Received various awards. She was also selected for the 2022 class of the Young Global Leaders (YGL) under the age of 40, where she is elected by the World Economic Forum to make a difference in the world. Since 2020, she has been appointed as a member of the IT Strategy Office of the Cabinet Secretariat and a special member of the Tax Commission of the Cabinet Office. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy of the Cabinet Office, a member of the New Economic and Industrial Policy Subcommittee of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and an expert member of the New Capitalism Realization Council of the Cabinet Secretariat. She is an advisory board at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tokyo. She is a mother of three children.

堀田 創 / Dr. Hajime Hotta
Serial entrepreneur and Angel Investor. PhD, in Neural Network, from Keio University. Engaged in research on Recommendation Engine, Neural Network. In 2005, joined Sirius Technologies Inc. and in charge of developing AdLocal, a geo-targeting digital advertising network. Won the Innovative Software Creation Program (Super Creator Award) under IPA in 2005 and 2006. Exited his companies 3 times in Japan. Founded Cinnamon in 2012.

Serial entrepreneur. 15 years of experience in Global Business and Entrepreneurship in Internet & FMCG industries including start-up experience. Previously, led global expansions of one of the billion-dollar Procter & Gamble brands in Singapore. Providing consulting services on New Business Creation and Product/Service Design by connecting true business needs and technical solutions.

加治 慶光 / Yoshimitsu Kaji
Yoshimitsu Kaji graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with BA in Economics. After working at the Fuji Bank and advertising agencies, he graduated Kellogg Graduate School of Management, earning MBA. After his graduation, he joined Coca-Cola (Japan) company responsible for Coca-Cola and Georgia brands. After that, he served as Marketing Director responsible for titles such as “The Matrix” and “A.I.”, at Time Warner, Inc. After transferring to Sony Pictures Entertainment, he led marketing of “Spiderman” and the TV animation “Astro Boy” as Vice President, Marketing. He then moved to Nissan Motor Company, Inc., as Marketing Director for Luxury products, such as CIMA, FUGA, TIANA, SKYLINE, and NISSAN GT-R. He then seconded as General Manager for Overseas Division at Autech Japan supervising business for the United States, Europe and Asia. He also served as Executive Director for the Tokyo Olympic Bid Committee. After his return to Nissan, he was responsible global introduction of Nissan LEAF as senior manager for Global Zero Emission Business Unit and Global Marketing. Starting this year, he worked for the Prime Minister’s Office, dealing with the marketing of “Japan Brand.” Then, he worked for Accenture Japan as Cheif Marketing Innovator. He is the President of Kellogg Alumni Club of Japan.

北野 宏明 / Hiroaki Kitano
Hiroaki Kitano is a President At The Systems Biology Institute, Tokyo, a Professor at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University, Okinawa, a President & CEO at Sony Computer Science Laboratories, Inc., Tokyo, a Representative Director and CEO, Sony AI Inc., Tokyo and an Executive Vice President at Sony Group Corporation, Tokyo. He received a B.A. in physics from the International Christian University, Tokyo, and a Ph.D. in computer science from Kyoto University, Kyoto. Since 1988, he has been a visiting researcher at the Center for Machine Translation at Carnegie Mellon University, USA. His research career includes a Project Director at Kitano Symbiotic Systems Project, ERATO, Japan Science and Technology Corporation, Tokyo, followed by a Project Director at Kitano Symbiotic Systems Project, ERATO-SORST, Japan Science and Technology Agency, Tokyo, a Group Director of Laboratory for Disease Systems Modeling at RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences, Kanagawa, a Cancer Systems Biology Chief at The Cancer Institute Of JFCR, Tokyo, a visiting professor of Keio University, Kanagawa, a visiting professor of the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, and so on. Kitano is also an Editor-in-Chief of npj Systems Biology and Applications, and a Founding Trustee of The RoboCup Federation. Kitano received The Computers and Thought Award from the International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence in 1993, JCD Design Award 1996, Prix Ars Electronica 2000, Japan Design Culture Award 2001 and Nature’s 2009 Japan Mid-career Award for Creative Mentoring in Science, as well as being an invited artist for Biennale di Venezia 2000 and Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) New York at Worksphere Exhibition in 2001. He has been named a fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence for 2021.

渡邉 一正 / Kazumasa Watanabe
In 1991, Mr. Kazumasa Watanbe joined Recruit. He served as Company Partner of Business Management Office, Head of Career Division of HR Company, and Executive Officer of RECRUIT CAREER. His responsibilities included the HR area, business management and development, corporate venture capital establishment, investments, acquisitions, and sell-off in the US, Europe, and Asia, and PMI of acquired companies. In 2021, he became an advisor to Recruit. He graduated from Nagoya University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

高野 真 / Makoto Takano
Mr. Takano joined Daiwa Securities in 1987, and moved to Goldman Sachs Asset Management in 1997, where he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Planning and Research Office before joining PIMCO Japan Limited in 2001. Mr. Takano served as President of PIMCO Japan for 13 years.
In 2014, Mr. Takano moved on to the publishing industry and joined Atomixmedia Inc. (currently linkties Co., Ltd.) as CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Forbes JAPAN to spearhead the launch of its Forbes JAPAN magazine. He holds his current title as CEO of linkties Co., Ltd. and Founder of Forbes JAPAN since 2019.
Mr. Takano also founded MT Partners in 2007, co-founded D4V (Design for Ventures, a venture capital firm formed in partnership with IDEO) in 2016, and currently serves as CEO of each of the companies.
Mr. Takano serves on the board of a number of organizations, including GHV Accelerator, Endeavor Japan, Japan Venture Capital Association and International House of Japan. He holds an MS and BS in Science and Engineering from Waseda University.
