Cinnamon AI announces that Mr. Shimpei Saito becomes the new Executive Officer & CFO and that Ms. Eriko Kosaka becomes the new Outside Board of Directors.

We have large enterprise customers from Insurance, Financial institutes, and Manufacturers and provide AI solutions to drive digital transformation and to improve productivity for corporate through Intelligent Document Capturing, Voice Recognition, and so on.
Mr. Shimpei Saito has strong track records about capital markets at investment banking and a great experience as CFO at Inagora Holdings, and Ms. Eriko Kosaka has strong experience as a full-time auditor at a company listed with the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Cinnamon AI will strengthen our management structure and grow the business faster.
■Profile of Mr. Shimpei Saito
Joined Cinnamon AI as the CFO and Executive Officer in July 2020. Previously, Mr. Saito worked for Inagora Holdings, a cross-border E-commerce start-up company in Japan, for 2 years as CFO heading FP&A and IR department after 10 years of experience as an investment banker of Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. Graduated from The University of Tokyo, Master of Engineering in Management of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering.
■Profile of Ms. Eriko Kosaka
After receiving M.S. in the field of physics from Waseda University, Ms. Kosaka started her career at Goldman Sachs IBD mainly engaged in M&A advisory service and financing service. She also worked as a vice president of Tokyo Marine Capital, a senior associate of PwC Strategy (ex. Booz and Company), an engagement manager of Yahoo Japan etc. From 2018, she was appointed as a full-time company auditor of i-mobile Co., Ltd., a listed company on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. She has also finished Ph.D. research guide from Waseda University Graduate School of Commerce.
